Service Agreement

By requesting plumbing services from Waterman Plumbing LLC, you agree to these terms. We provide residential plumbing services in Cleveland, TN and surrounding areas of Bradley County. All work is performed by licensed professionals.

Pricing & Estimates

We provide upfront pricing and free estimates for all non-emergency services. Final costs may vary based on the scope of work discovered during service. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Warranty & Guarantees

All plumbing work is backed by a one-year workmanship guarantee unless otherwise stated. Drain cleaning carries a 30-day warranty when accompanied by a camera inspection. Product warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.

Liability

Waterman Plumbing LLC is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to our performed work.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Bradley County, Tennessee before any legal proceedings.
